I recently retired after almost 24 years of service in the Coast Guard. I don’t remember a time that the federal budget was passed and approved by 01 October. Enough is enough. When will a politition from either side take stand and publicly state that this failure to comply with their constitutional duties is unacceptable and will not continue? Maybee it’s time to have constitutional amendment that states if Congress fails to pass a budget they forfeit all pay and allowances until the budget is approved.

Khan Academy
The Khan Academy is a not-for-profit educational organization created by Salman Khan. With the stated mission of "providing a high quality education to anyone, anywhere", the website supplies a free online collection of over 2,200 micro lectures via video tutorials stored on YouTube teaching mathematics, history, finance, physics, chemistry, biology, astronomy, and economics.
It generates problems based on skill level and performance. In order to move on to the next lesson you must correctly answer 10 times back to back. The program tracks the performance of an individual down to each question, allowing a teacher to instantly see not only how a student stands on a section but what the issue is and make their interaction with students more productive. It also empowers the students to help each other.
It started because he was tutoring his cousins and they preferred it be done remotely.

The Hypocrite President
Obama has contradicted himself over and over again. Libya is just another example.
The president said back in 2007, and so did VP biden, that the president has to confer with congress before taking action, unless the US is in imminent danger.
Long list of flips from Gitmo, to Iraq, to Astan to Giving Terrorist civilian trials, to drilling, Transparency. We have the hypocrite in chief as president. (feel free to add to this list in replies)
Biden also claimed in 2008 that any president not conferring with congress should be impeached. So how about it Biden are you going to Impeach Obama?

Equal Emmployment Agency expanding disability regulations
Well I guess you can say hello to a total nanny state. The Equal Emmployment agency is going to add new regulations on what is considered to be disabled. Under the new regulations if you have diabetes or post tramatic stress disorder you can be considered disabled and draw a disability check. Well here is another excuse for people not to work and to sit at home drawing a check from the taxpayers. I just can’t believe it.
