Border Agent Killed Man Climbing Wall
A Cochise County sheriff’s spokeswoman says a Mexican man was climbing a ladder when a Border Patrol agent shot him three times, killing him.

PHOENIX (AP) -Sheriff’s spokeswoman Carol Capas told The Associated Press on Monday that investigators have no indication that 19-year-old Carlos La Madrid assaulted or tried to assault the agent when he was shot March 21.
